GW Notes:  I’ve played Walter Hall Golf Course a couple of times and for a municipal facility, it’s pretty nice. It’s long enough (over 6,400 yds.) yet can play only 5,200 yds. from the forward tees. Consequently, Walter Hall GC is playable for all skill levels. It’s pretty well maintained and the greens are taken care of. Fairways range from open to tight, with water, and tall fir trees awaiting golf balls that don’t behave. Full food & beverage services, cart rentals, and stocked pro shop round out the amenities.
