I've played Oakbrook Golf Club once before although at that time it was still a private facility. It has since been opened to public play and they claim to have kept the course conditions up to private course standards. If so, you are in for a treat. The course plays 6,700+ yards from the tips but gets playable for all as you move forward. The greens are smallish but once you get there, they roll pure and fast! Expected amenities including practice facilities and full-service restaurant are part of the Oakbrook experience. Pricing is also affordable, so for the money, Oakbrook is an exceptional play!
