I've played North Bellingham Golf Course many times, and it's one of my favorite golf courses in northwest Washington. It's a links style layout so it can be played several ways. Overall, the course is kept in above average shape, especially considering the amount of play they get. The greens are largeish, and putts can be tricky depending on the days pin placements. The scenery is postcard like on nice days as majestic Mt. Baker is visible all over the course. It's located on an open piece of property so you had better have a knockdown shot as it can get breezy at times. A restaurant and full-service practice facilities complete the experience.
