GW Trade Certificate Payment Option

Realizing that hotels often run on tight budgets, you can opt to pay your GW advertising invoice with trade certificates - Here's how it works;

Because Golf Washington will need to sell your certificates at a discount, with no guarantee we will sell them at all, 50% of each certificate value will be applied toward your marketing cost

Example: We create a certificate worth $100 at your facility - We would apply $50 toward your marketing cost - So, assuming you purchased our "Birdie Package" at a cost of $399 - That would equate to $399 ÷ $50 = 8 (rounded up) certificates - So for a cost of just eight, $100 gift certificates, you'd receive a full year of advertising exposure!

Benefits of Trade Certificates: 1) You can upsell certificate holders on any additional services you might offer  2) Each certificate redeemed may represent a patron who might not otherwise have stayed with you  3) You receive an outstanding marketing solution for no out-of-pocket costs

Provided you don't already have pre-printed gift certificates, we will create them - See example below

After creating your certificates, we'll e-mail the corresponding certificate numbers - Simply keep those numbers near your check-in counter and cross them off as the certificates get redeemed
