GW Notes:  I've played Highlands Golf Course several times although it was a long time ago. As I remember is was well taken care of and the greens were smallish but smooth. Its location makes it easy to stop by after work for a relaxing round or to grab a beverage and work on one's short game. They sell themselves this way: "When we say “Half the Time, Twice the Fun”, we mean that a round of golf takes less than 75 minutes. Accomplished players fine-tune their short game and beginners aren’t intimidated. Most find the course “just-right” in length. Our “wow” factor is nine legitimate hole-in-one opportunities in a nine-hole round."
