GW Notes: I've played Battle Creek Golf Course just once and it was several years back. I do remember the layout as being rather unique. Keeping your ball between the trees is a key for decent scoring at Battle Creek. However, should you be having that rare day where accuracy smiles on you, fun and a show-offable scorecard awaits! Their website touts the following: "Beautiful views of Puget Sound, Camano Island and the Olympic Mountains. This 175-acre golf facility is accessible to all golfers from beginner to expert". I guess I really didn't notice the views of which they speak, but the weather wasn't great on the day we played. Either way, Battle Creek is worth a play.
